We want you to be happy with your online purchases, so we gladly accept returns within 14 days of purchase for full exchange or refund. This includes the postage charge, however we do charge a restocking fee of £4. No returns will be accepted after this point.
In store Purchases
Full priced items are returnable for a full refund within 7 days. This includes items purchased on our payment plan, the date the order is placed is the purchase date. No returns will be accepted after this point.
Sale items are returnable for credit or exchange only within a 7 day period, this includes items that are purchased with a promotional offer.
All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging if applicable and it is the customer’s responsibility to pay the return postage fee.
Any items to be exchanged will be sent with the postage paid by Dolly Day Dreams unless the items are reduced in price or part of a promotional offer.
We process returns/refunds on the day of receipt, however it can take time to show within your account, depending on the terms and conditions of your chosen payment method this is out of our control.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org before sending items for return/exchange only to ensure we can confirm receipt to you and hold any additional items needed for exchange. We will notify you upon arrival of your exchange and confirm refund or that the new items have been posted out to you.
