The easy-to-wear, pull-on dress has a sleeveless cotton jersey bodice and dropped waist with a pleated faux leather skirt. The sweater has an adorable hearts and houses pattern in red and black, wth 'love in the city' in black embroidered thread. It is knitted with a touch of wool for added warmth.

We want you to be happy with your online purchases, so we gladly accept notification of returns within 14 days of receipt for full exchange or refund. No returns will be accepted after this point.
In store Purchases
Full priced items are returnable for a full refund within 7 days. Sale items and items purchased with promotional offers are returnable for exchange only within a 7 day period.
All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging if applicable and it is the customer’s responsibility to pay the return postage fee.
